Osama buried at sea?

Yeah, I am aware of that report, but I don't necessarily believe everything I hear. I believe he is dead, but I wonder if there is some misinformation.

I want to know of an independent party who has looked at the same evidence and confirmed his death.

You have absolutely no clue.

The same statement you just quoted:

Good thing modern transportation exists.

Ha

You got 24 hrs to bury the guy after you shot his face off per the Islamic faith.

I doubt they did much of an "autopsy" much less brought in a 3rd party to appease some wack job conspiracy theorists.

I don't think a guy responsible for the murder of thousands necessarily deserves religious observances.

I am no wack job conspiracy theorist. I just don't believe everything the government tells me. To me, people that take the government's word for it, no questions asked, are the wack jobs.

Think if this were a privately contracted job. A mercenary army gets paid billions (by the American people) to take out Osama. We have to take their word for how and when it happened? I don't think so. We wouldn't trust a private entity, why trust the government (who has lied, and covered up) and dismiss those who don't as wack jobs?

So you don't trust anyone or anything?

And the guy's religious faith should be ignored? Hell, why not run around with his head on a pike?

I was responding to your demand to see an independent panel investigation; this demand shows just how out of touch you are with any and all military operations.

The third party should have been flown in immediately after the Seals fired shots.

Then, we all would know the "real" truth

Don't know why anyone is up in arms.

This sociopath wasn't a Muslim.

it's stuff like this that make it hard to separate the radicals from the whole

it's also a clear indication of why Bush and Obama went out of their way to declare, repeatedly, that we are not at war with Islam, however, some people you just can't reach.

Then you get what we had here last week...which is the way he wants it...well...he gets it...I don't like that anynmore than you do.

Apparently, the DNA matching is still going on and earlier reports were premature.

Running around with his head on a pike is barbaric. Ignoring an enemy's religious beliefs is not. You think Al Qaeda buried dead Mormon American soldiers in temple garments? This is war.

we aren't al qaeda and we have photos, video, and dna. seems like we covered all the bases and did what was right to me.

I'm not sure what else there was to do in this situation? A live video stream on national television?

premature only to the point of 100% confidence.

Well, actually there will never be 100% confidence. Even the most certain of DNA testing leaves .00000000005% doubt (made up number but you get the point). Performing the match with his sibling's DNA creates a little more room for doubt.
