I'd like to think that they learned to be better players over the course of the 3-5 years they were here, and Berry was a projected Top 10 pick from the time he stepped foot on campus. I would say that Dan Williams is the biggest success from the Kiffin regime of coaching, IMO.
since when does being a 5 star recruit mean a free pass to the NFL?
whoa there... JC owes his life to CLK the rest were not surprises at all and had a shot at the big one either way and btw it was 6 drafted. Seriously mickey mouse could have coached Berry, Hardesty and Williams and they still get drafted. Hardesty only needed a chance to carry the load.Did Kiffin not just put 7 guys in the league? Guys that have a sub .500 record over the past two years?
they say the exact opposite now. i tried to troll them one day saying it was Sark and they went nuts.
and i believe there is a reason CLK got the job and not Sark.
I can name two reasons off the top of my head:
1. Recruiting
2. Monte
They wanted Sark before Kiffin. USC fans are acting exactly how we were acting last year. Kiffin can certainly brainwash a fan base.
I'm 100% certain he's going to fail. Thus, I am preemptively hoping the athletic department keeps the suffering to a minimum. Dooley's tenure will be to Tennessee history what John Blake's was to OU's.
Not sure if your insinuating they offered CLK before Sark...which would be wrong...
3. they also missed on their first choices
:salute:
are you trying to say they offered Sark the job and he turned it down lol? Sark would've taken that job in a heartbeat.
Riley turned it down on the 9th. Fisher turned it down on the 10th. Del Rio turned it down on the 11th. Kiffin accepted on the 12th.
