I wore orange to school a lot as kid. Sort of a lone wolf. Suffered through the Bear Bryant era and actually through the Price, Dubose, Shula, and Francione years, I sort of got some parity. Didn't see the Saban phenomenon coming at all and suffered through all that, so yep, it's been tough. Kirby only going strong the last few years - my frustration with Bama has far deeper roots.Living somewhere plays the biggest part, I j just posted similar, except I'm in Georgia. I never hated Georgia football until I moved here, and they won the sec. They're unbearable, but i can see people like you hating Bama more
The 12 team Play-off changes the calculus and makes this game far less earth shattering than it would have been. No matter what happens, Alabama, Texas, Georgia, Ole Miss, and (hopefully) Tennessee all end up in the playoffs regardless and we just do it all over againGeorgia plays Texas, Ole Miss, Alab*** and us.
Alab*** plays Georgia and us.
We need to beat both. Georgia needs to beat Bama and Ole Miss and lose to Texas.
That's what I hope happens.
I hope Georgia loses every game they play, even against Alabama unless Alabama is undefeated and Georgia already has a loss.Don't know about you all but I'm pulling for Bama to take care of Georiga this weekend!I want both Tennessee and Bama unbeaten when we play them at Neyland, will be the game of the year!
True Georgia just broke a 41 year national championship drought a few years ago, but they got a history of winning. They are 9th in wins overall and 4th since the SEC was started 90+ years ago.I hope Bama annihilates them.
Georgia is a Nuevo Riche Johnny come lately arrogant buncha’ pricks. At least Bama fans have a team that has been good for generations and as much as I hate them, I can respect it.
Georgia reminds me of Florida in the 1990s. They act like they have a hundred year history of football dominance, and they certainly have not earned that reputation… because, it takes a hundred years of winning.
If I sound like I am sick of hearing about Georgia, it’s because I am.
