Who's gonna be in the SECCG?

I think the schedule favors Ole Miss and Mizzouri. But Mizz sure didn’t look like SECCG material against Vandy.

Saturday is my birthday. Monday is my mom’s birthday. Wednesday is my daughter’s birthday. We’ll be visiting her in Cincinnati and flying my mom in from Denver (my daughter has no idea) and having a nice celebratory birthday dinner, so I don’t have to watch two teams I hate and choose one. I’m just going to ignore it and whatever happens happens.

Might try to catch that Arkansas game earlier though.

I ask because I think it looks like Texas and OM and nobody wants us to make it because they don't think we can beat Texas. At least that's what I think I'm not hearing.

Does a 2 loss Tennessee get in the playoffs if one of the losses is the SECCG?

When I was but a wee lad, I would spend some of my days helping my dad with his plumbing business. There are many sounds, smells, and sights that take me back to that beat up old work van - the tools jingling around, the various glues or sealants that he used on the pipes, the oppressive heat in that thing in the middle of the summer - but I think the thing that will always stick in my mind the most was the license plate on the front:

"I root for two teams every Saturday: Tennessee and whoever plays Alabama."

Personally, even if an Alabama win helps Tennessee I don't think there's anyway I could cheer for them.

This . If both could lose that’s great, but if I have to pick, it’s bama to lose every time.

I am thinking the playoff situation may be a circus with a bunch of 2 loss teams.

I want Bama to win…it just kills the Georgia fans to lose to Bama - much more so that the other way around. Georgia has beaten Alabama once in the last decade - just like us - yet they all proclaim they are the team…I’d love for Georgia to lose to Bama, Texas and us and enjoy a great non-playoff bowl game.
As for Bama, like others have said, I want both teams to be undefeated when they come to town in October. I want us to hang that first loss on them and then beat them a second time in the same season in the playoffs. Just imagine Bama going 11-1 but not being in the SECCG because both UTs are 12-0. Then imagine beating Bama in the semifinal so they finish 13-2 with both losses to us. That would make me smile all year.

Don't know about you all but I'm pulling for Bama to take care of Georiga this weekend!I want both Tennessee and Bama unbeaten when we play them at Neyland,will be the game of the year!

I don’t know if I could honestly ever pull for them but I’d prefer to see them win that game just so we can be the ones to serve them that first L of the season in Knoxvegas. Cigar ready in hand for that game.
