In laws took my boys and my nieces to the memorials last night. The kids made signs. They were really sweet and made me very proud.

My oldest made a sign that said Marines are the best and it had a tank protecting an "Army man" as he said.

I had not heard that. Good for them. Hopefully they will do something at the Amincola site.

There are so many options for gym membership now days, you should be able to find one that isn't super expensive.

I know Planet Fitness is some what of a joke with all the stuff they do but if you are looking for a place to work out its pretty cheap.

Also I don't know if you have one in your area but there are some 24 hour fitness places here that do 15 a month and no contract.
