out of bed ar 715. most uninterrupted sleep since 2/14 -- day i forgot my soccer cleats
will be allowed to shower friday if wound passes inspection

if so, I can resume trying to walk at better pace, but it's too hilly in neighborhood to venture out for what i consider is a short walk.

under orders to not lift more than gallon of milk, to not bend, and to no not twist.

i think shoutin is allowed

Ah, retirement. After waking up at 4-something to the odd vocalizations of barred owls, I finally got around to making breakfast… bratwurst and caramelized onions with mustard on a fresh Vietnamese banh.

From the sound of them, one was in the trees directly behind my house. The other was in the trees across the street. Laughing calls and a weird yawp!
