If we win and they lose tomorrow, yes. More importantly, we need to beat them next Saturday. The reason they are still ahead of us, albeit barely, is their SOS, which is #2. Both teams have 8 Quad 1 wins.

Tomorrow is a game that doesn’t eliminate you from 1-seed contention with a loss but really really opens an opportunity up to slide back up to the top line with a win. Gonna be tough and A&M is coming off a road loss which doesn’t necessarily help either. Maybe a week off helps and we come out playing our A-game. On the other hand, we’ve had a week off and a rusty performance probably wouldn’t shock me.

Yep. We need to be 1 game better than Bama. We can be 1 game worse than UF and Houston though, at least imo.

Feels like they are all must wins the rest of the way if we’re going to get a 1 seed. With the closing stretch we have, I don’t see that happening. Realistically, a 3-2 close would be acceptable and likely puts us safely on the 2 line.

Nothing on the internet so far. I'll keep a check on that, tho. Called my neighbor who is actually the one that can usually get some info, but he couldn't get a hold of his source. Left a message, tho. It's so late and the game so early we might not find anything until game time.😏

I was hoping they may be the ones to give Houston another loss. Texas Tech probably our only hope now. They beat them once already this year, but it's tough to get a sweep. I don't think Kansas or Baylor have anything for them but that Baylor game is at least in Waco.

Yeah, that is problematic. If Houston has 2 losses fewer than us they’ll get the nod over us.

If we win them all a 1 is a lock. If we lose 1 we might need a little help from Houston, Bama and/or Florida. I think we would still be a 1 but my confidence goes from 100% at 5-0 to 70% at 4-1. Lose 2 and odds are we’re a 2. I’d say there’s about a 5% chance of a 1 seed then.
