Pats vs Jets

The Jets whipped that line of scrimmage all day. And they specialize in making the qb uncomfortable. I loved it. Rex talked all that crap and backed it up.

Best game Shaun Ellis has played in probably 10 years. He was in Brady's face all game long.

Jets D showed up and they are now 4-1 on the road in the playoffs under Rex Ryan. Love him or hate him, thats not too bad.

I might have to root for a meteor striking the stadium

This is Green Bay's Super Bowl to lose IMO, so of course I'm pulling for them. The only team I could even hope to support would be Chicago but oh well. Would like to see a Pack/Jets Super Bowl myself, cause I hate the Steelers and the NYJ are the lesser of two evils.

I can't stand the guy, but heck, give credit where credit is due.

He is a good player, but how many has he won without Law, Harrison, Vrabel, Bruschi, Seymour and the rest of those great defensive teams? The answer is 0. Can we say he has choked his last 3 playoff games? I just don't think he is a great QB, good but not great.

Ii think that it was bound to fall apart. Belichick reminds me of Spurrier in the 90's. He was just smarter than everyone then it took everyone about 6-7 years to catch up but once they did it's all even. Belichick can outsmart most coaches but not the top tier anymore. Which is who you get in the playoffs. And Brady has never been GREAT. He always had an awesome offensive line. The Pats just aren't able to to win 3 tough games in a row anymore. They were led by defense in the champ years. Those days are gone.

no it is a fact, TB is great. However he did have the ball in his hands to try and tie/win the game and just didn't get it done. They do need to get away from the "do more with less" approach and get some more talent on the field.

Brady played exactly like I expected Sanchez to play yesterday. You can tell he and Peyton are both aging, and the Pats do need more talent. Kudos to Rex Ryan. He dialed it up.

One of the youngest teams in the league.

A so called rebuilding year turned into super-bowl expectations.

I give Brady more credit for those 50TD passes than 3 super bowls. The should have never even been in the first one, they won all 3 on Adam V's leg and great defenses for the most part. Just because you have a ring(s) does not make you great. The Pats had my Colts down big in the AFCCG the year we won it all, Brady couldn't hold the lead. He went 18-0 and lost in the SB last 2 years he has had a home playoff game and lost both. He is good, not so sure about great.

I didn't say they were old I said they were not as talented as other teams at the skill positions. Who on the Pats could make the same catch Holmes made last night? And you can only ride a guy like Woodhead so far

The horseshoe is clouding your judgement.

That's the Patriot way.

If's been that way for years.

The D-line and O-line need more work.

Tom Brady is great, unfortunately for him he is also one of the biggest douches of all time and that tends to cloud some judgment

Same could be said for Manning. This just so happens to be a Tennessee site. Manning is great, and I'm willing to say that as a Pats homer.

All of these comments about the inexperience and youth of at NE are odd given back in the glory days of the Patriots the secret of their success was the genius of Bellicheat and his "system".
