Pearl Grants Griffith's Wish

I read what you type. If you want it to be known what you mean, type it.

so we'll all be literally typing pages of context so a nimrod like you can join in? No, thanks. It's easier to ignore you as you change the topic and ramble on until you find something that works.

Regarding the race card. Whatever. White guys are always assumed to be less athletic on the court and field. It's the way it is. I could give a flip. He played football, he plays D1 basketball, he played baseball, he can dunk. That just doesn't sound like a non athlete to me.

two years with a couple of games of good shooting means the good nights were the anomaly, not the horrendous ones.

I promise you I have been in slumps and understand how it works. If the silliness you're citing about "I gotta make this" is true, he's never going to be a shooter and we need to move on.

Basketball is played by people who can play. It's lost by those "trying too hard."

Wow.

Wait, Skyler can dunk? On a 10' goal with a men's ball? Gotta question this one.

I did / can do all that. I have no business trying to play PG at the SEC level because I'm not athletic enough. It's not a white guy thing. I've played with white guys who are phenomenal athletes and have every reason to play at the SEC level.

First, thanks for the dialogue without insults. Seriously. I just don't think it's silly about focusing on making a shot to a fault. Hopefully it's just a faze, but I agree with your last point. He's got to play ball with a feel for the game and instinctual. When that stops you gotta sit. I don't think we'll see much improvement as long as his mechanics are wack, but I hope the flow at pg helps him. I just want to see some good spacing and interior passing for a few assists.

this is borderline retarded. The fact that you're trying to defend an awfully worded point lifts it to full blown status. Disregard my first sentence about being borderline retarded, which means it was only a bit senseless. The fact that you're using this in defense makes that point just plain wrong, because the level of retardation on display lives up to the title belt. Retarded has been generally accepted to mean an IQ level below 70, which is really low, accept where you attended school. See, where you went to school it was the standard, so you believed you belonged in a conversation with people who can think. See, Skylar can smoke people in the local Y, so his athletic ability must be off the charts.

Would keep posting context, but you won't get most of it and I'm tired of it. Do your senseless Quixote thing with someone dumber from now on.

Because Zach Turner dominated at TREC back in the day, am I to assume he's an Olympic level athlete as well held back by Jed and Buzz?

So what do you expect from McBee tonight?

Don't know. Depends on what he asked to do. If this is a long term plan, I expect problems. Everyone has single game blips that are hard to account for. Let's hope he has one of those as opposed to his norm.

Racist post IMO.

I don't think this is a long term plan. I hope not anyway. I want to see him do well, for himself and the team. Do you see the offense running through someone else when he is at point? Kind of like when Bradshaw was the PG, but the O ran through T. Smith?

I just came back in here looking for some new material .... aint happening for me but it could be the fact that I am still stinging from The big O's "thanks for the update' dagger he launched yesterday. Watch it fellas he has a million of em.

The O should never run through our PGs. It should run through, Hopson, Tatum and Harris. Tatum and Harris have struggled of late so our offense has been awful. Doesn't help that we have no semblance of an offense.

I don't trust Tatum to run much of anything here lately. I'd like to see Harris step up and be more aggressive. I think McBee can handle getting the play started, and not turning the ball over. I hope anyway.

If you think that why don't you go play for UT since you can do so much better.
