Feel whatever you want, I could care less what you think. I was just stating facts. Here's a flash for you and those like you, the world doesn't revolve around you or what you think.
Loyalty is a two way street, there are times my wife does things I disagree with but I don't divorce her over it because I love her and she's family. Ever time my dog doesn't do what I want I don't get a gun and shoot him. I'm sure they would tell you the same about me. Being a Vol is either a family or it's not. Those of us, who believe in once a Vol always a Vol, have to give Bruce the benefit of the doubt. If it's just a game and doesn't really mean anything then continue to harp on how terrible it is that he lied about nothing.
Of course, there are always the self righteous among us who have been perfect their entire life and would never do anything wrong.
Talking to some fans at the Bama game the other night I think they still want him at UT. It's embarrassing what he did. It's beginning to appear more and more that Pearl will not be TN's coach when this situation comes to a resolution. Anyone have any information or insights that might indicate an outcome one way or another?
Pearl's future is so bright he should wear shades!
Seriously though I have read a number of times that the NCAA will not render a decision on the bball recruiting violations until April. If this is the case, then an interesting situation may arise!
Let's assume that the AA decision is not released until after the AA tourney and assume that the Vols make it to the Elite 8.
Now lets say that Tennessee gets more than a slap on the wrist.
Pearl would still be a valuable commodity in the AA. Another "suitor" may come calling for Pearl's services. I hope there is a sizable buy-out in the new contract.
