Penn State scandal (merged)

If I witness an ex-employee robbing someone, or if a current employee tells me they witnessed it, that ex-employee will certainly not have an office at my place of business, not will he be using any of my facilities.

First off don't even mention "if you witnessed it" because Joe Pa didn't. Secondly, THE POLICE let sandusky go and he wasn't convicted. If, from your view, that employee was found innocent by our judicial system then why would you ban said employee? For an accusation? I know it's not just an accusation at this point. But that's at this point. During the time in question, Sandusky was found innocent.

Thanks.

If Paterno had the power to keep Sandusky off campus for the past 18 months, it is despicable that he did not.

In light of that information, I have to lean to the side that says Paterno has not been acting morally upright for at least the past 18 months.

If?

Would you allow him to conduct private wrestling practice with your son since he's not convicted or registered yet?

That's not a fair question given that I know he has done it. I'm not fighting for Sandusky. My stance is to clean house and let joe pa retire. Im bothered by the assistant still having a job when he witnessed it and had more ammo for a complaint yet joe pa is hanged in public for something he never witnessed and he did what was required.

How in the ****ing hell is that douchebag with the red hair allowed to coach? FIRE HIM NOW AS WELL AS PATERNO. sht is dumb.

I think its pretty telling. He'll spill everything he knows as soon as he's fired, and PSU is probably playing damage control at this point.

But hey, I'm just talking out of my ass.

Let's add this poll:

1. Who hates molesters and loves pitchforks?

2. Who hates child molesters but believes the anger should be directed to the criminalAnd people accused of harboring a molester should be given a chance to aquit themselves?

What about the reports coming out now that the original DA in 1999 that started an investagation went missing before he could get it started?

I based my response to your post on the tenor which I believed to be that since he hasn't been convicted or registered yet that you think all the action that has been taken is unfair and you shouldn't convict somebody in a public forum. If I got that wrong I'm sorry but throughout this whole affair a lot of the people defending the actions or innocence of the parties involved have completely forgotten about the victims in this case. And I agree the GA should have been fired and prosecuted along with everybody else that had knowledge of these heinous acts and didn't notify law enforcement.

We let alot of people go that we know are guilty, but at the time, dont have enough evidence. Once we investigate further and uncover more leads, and interview more witnesses, then we feel confident taking the case to the Grand Jury.

Doesnt mean he wasnt guilty when the Police released him the first time
