I'm not sure how scientific these polls are. I'd say it's heavy in College Station. Everyone else seems to be upset about the poor children

I believe the cops were actually listening in on this conversation also. But, in the end, nothing happened. But it did. Sandusky retired soon after that. I think someone either threatened or paid the family off, offered Sandusky to 'retire' and no charges would be pursued.

After reading Paterno's second statement, it seems pretty clear that he has no idea why he was fired. I don't get the sense that he thinks he did anything wrong.

I believe you shouldn't hate anyone, but I hate child molesters. When it comes to pedophiles, I believe in "hillbilly" justice. I think Sandusky should be killed in a way that is extremely painful. Maybe that's not politically correct, but it's how I feel. People who victimize children deserve no sympathy. There's a special place in hell for this guy and others like him.
