There still needs to be proof that these men steered recruits to Oregon. This guy (Flenory) said his company was only paid about 3k for information on recruits, so that seems logical. The other guy was paid 25k. I'm curious to hear the reasoning behind that.

Especially when he was paid around 16k the two years before that.
