Per ESPN sources: Florida admin looking for out

Not at all, its more of a fact - that was not just done by the Shark Humper, it was the Florida administration that was running the fiasco. There is nothing to be hurt about it - "they are getting what the deserve" as the Shark Lover noted.

There really is no logic in claiming they have cause, if they did, they should have either fired or suspended him last week and even than they really don't have cause. Its really the same lack of logic that happened with the hurricane fiasco.

I think you're just pissed you're stuck with Ed O for the foreseeable future and are skeert Florida might get rid of their lame duck coach before LSU does theirs.

Not a UF fan but I think they have a case for 'just cause'. All university staff are required to report students' reports of harassesment or threats of harm, to the university whether we believe they are true or not. Not doing so can result in termination. I presume making up such reports would also be 'just cause.'

Actually firing a university employee for just cause is a very lengthy process. My guess is UF would rather negotiate to get his resignation.

If there is any justice in this world this should backfire on UF. Fire a coach after winning the division the previous two years? Backing out of his buyout for a BS reason?

I really hope any decent coach says no thanks.

Doubtful, even if he made it up there so? The whole administration made up stuff last year. He cleared up what he said the next day, so he is just saying he said something out of context... let's just say that is cause.

Well, they should have suspended or fired him last week, this is just manufactured - if he was undefeated the school wouldn't even care. My guess is he isn't the coach much longer but they really don't have any basis for "cause". imo

You can laugh all you want... the joke is clearly on you at this point.

What are you talking about? They lost to Troy! They got slammed by MSU. Nice win vs Auburn, but O has 2 bad losses and one good win. Not exactly setting the world on fire.

I think he is doing a good job with the personnel at this stage, I thought so as well last year. The Troy lost probably needed to happen, all in all I would say he did B+ job last year and probably a B+ this year but it would be nice to see them finish with 3 out of the 5 (including the bowl). So far, solid job - he is clearly going to need 2 recruiting classes to right the ship.

You have an agenda - so further discussion seems wasteful.

I was responding to this - not sure what you are talking about but you stated it as some type of fact.

Its not a win-win because all of this stuff wasn't just created by the Shark Lover, I mean wasn't it Muschamp's fault? The tell was last year with that all that manufactured fiasco going on. There are bigger problems there and its been going on way before the Shark Lover was there. imo There is no win-win, its stop the bleeding. LSU didn't win by letting Les go, it only temporarily stopped the bleeding.

And I'm the idiot... :eek:lol:

McElwain making up death threats has nothing to do with Muschamp, Zook, or any UF football coach that didn't pan out.

Only an idiot would think that.

That has nothing to do with he said.

Well, I am not going to have long discussions with mental midgets that are frustrated because their team isn't winning - which is what most of this is about. They're frustrated, because their sports team isn't winning and they probably don't get laid enough, just a guess on my part.

Pretty angry people when it comes to football - I thought this was all suppose to be fun.

Only an idiot would think the problems are only limited to the Shark Lover, which is what my point was. As far as his comments, pretty much irrelevant, as its just a manufactured attempt to find a way out.

Yeah, out of you two, one being a Tiger fan, Huff is clearly the one with an agenda in this scenario.

Because that makes so much sense.

Frustration is not lacking in most of your posts, I don't know what to tell you. Its just a game, its not life or death. I could obviously see why fans want him gone now - he's not winning. The problem is, the tells where there before he signed his extension. All of this is just buyer's remorse, getting mad at me isn't going to change much.

My guess is he probably isn't the Florida coach for long but no they really don't have cause. imo
