Personal Goals

I'm worried about FS

I'll assume its because I haven't posted in this thread in forever.

I've been working out since March 4, 2016. So it feels terrific to have the momentum for a tough goal, along with knowing I'm eliminating the excess dht.

I see hair started to regrow on the top front right part of my head. That makes me happy.
I can't wait to see my hair 4 weeks from now, and 8 weeks from now. No doubt it'll be thicker.

To be honest I thought he meant mens march madness tournament. No doubt Warriors with their best ever season need to win the NBA Championship for it to be unforgettable.

I only really care about the NBA. I'll watch the vols some, but I can't stand the pace of college ball.

With a camera phone which I have that will be easy.
I know I'll be celebrating at Icehouse after accomplishing my goal to fully regrow my hair.

Go ahead and post the before so we can witness the transformation

Just so I understand; does exercise rid the body of excessive dht? And if so, does ridding the body of dht provide more hair?

From what I read cardio workout gets rid of excess dht. Humans need dht but to much is detrimental resulting in thinning hair, hair loss, and worst case a horse shoe or utter baldness.

It'll help to remove the primary cause of hair loss but won't give a person more hair. Scalp massage, drinking lots of water and the right foods, and other things you can find out on ehow for hiw to regrow hair.

So...worst case scenario...I end up with bald utters?

Is it just me, or does anyone else feel this thread to be much like a well orchestrated snipe hunt?
