As I get older my hair is growing in all the wrong places. Unlike FS, I still have a full head of hair upstairs. If I do my cardio and workouts in the basement will it help stop/reduce/reverse the hair in all the wrong places?

I'm almost 40 and have noticed that late 30s is when it starts. Ear hair..neck hair..shoulders back etc...I trim but my brother in law is the same age as me and he doesn't. He looks like freaking frodo.baggins. he has more hair coming out of his ears than firestorm has on his entire head.

Haha, that made me laugh. I'm 40, but easy to keep trimmed. I work with a guy like you described your BIL, he has as much hair coming out of his nose and ears as he does his head. You could just about braid it.
