Well great news I'll be ordering a hair regrowth shampoo from anazon. It has biotin, emu oil, and castor oil all for ingredients all of which needed to help hair regrowth.
I'll be ordering it from amazon this Thursday.
Plus a new hair in the top front left part of my head.
Other goals
1. Finish writing the 1st Private Investigator book I started of a PI Book Series.
I've started multiple books but never wrote a entire book. No doubt I'll be surprised by the ending, along with very happy that I wrote a entire book.
It's a challenge and something new. Plus foreshadowing including of future characters in the 1st book possibly.
2. Save up weekly for the Copyright money of my Super heroes.
It costs 500 dollars to copyright a character and the supporting characters for comic books. I know the 1st super hero I'll be copyrighting.
On November 7th I went for my annual checkup and my doctor told me your numbers (cholesterol, BP, etc) are elevated because you're fat. Lose weight so your numbers will follow and you'll see your kids grow up." It's why I'm happy to have found this doctor. Many wouldn't be as candid
So the next day I started walking laps around my neighborhood at 5am every morning. Did that for an few weeks and then decided to run. I'm now up to 3mi every morning before my family is up and do other exercises at the Y 2-3 days a week. We've also gone to a hflc keto diet which has been really easy. So far I'm down 30lbs since my doctor visit and feel much better.
My personal goal is to get down to what they consider a normal bpi (which is still about 40lbs away) by my birthday in May. The real goal is to not let this happen to my body again. Much harder and a lot less fun to take the weight off.

That's awesome! Congrats. I, too, am trying to shed a few. I take my dog for a 2.5-3 mile walk every day but I need to go out and run. When you began running did you start with time/ distance/ both?...and good luck the rest of the way.
