as mentioned before, the waiter is the one that got himself fired, not PM

The bill had a 18% tip added to it and was about $113. PM threw in an extra $200 so the guy walked with over $300 before tipping out hostess, bartender, bus boy, etc... Hope posting it was worth it.

Kind of like a severance package. Gotta act like you've been there before.
