No doubt they're able to make the donation due to Peyton's paycheck, but doesn't his wife come from a pretty well to do background?

Manning and her are not. Dude is a fricking printing press. For anyone to argue that donation is made possible because she has enabled them to reach their income level, in some way, is asinine.
