This. If one of my 30+ coworkers walked around tweeting and abusing the word "epic" I would avoid them like the plague. Do you guys wear skinny jeans? Huge dinner plate shades? Folks acting like their kids are embarrassing IMO

This may supprise some people here but not eveyone on the internet is over 30...

But to the point. Everyone needs to buy in. Unfortunately, I'm fairly confident that there are quite a few older guys on the team that won't buy in. Not Pig necessarilly at all, but I suspect there is extra weight holding this team back right now.
