There is no factual basis for your asssertion but, sure, go ahead and pat yourself on the back for showing everyone the light.

That is my belief of why Uros was denied because he had such a good case to be eligible. If you have an opinion or any insight into this you can also share your belief.

The NCAA is a organized criminal organization akin to the mafia. It's controlled by a small group of individuals. It's apparent in their rulings, officiating, and their lack of punishment given out to obvious rules violators. We have will Wade on tape blatantly discussing buying recruits and nothing happens. Meanwhile, pearl had a barbeque and lied about it and gets kicked out for three years. It's a total sham.

I've pointed that out before but he keeps going back to that well hoping to sway someone with it.

And y’all keep missing the point about it. That the NCAA doesn’t have special rules about eligibility with transfers or freshmen for higher profile teams. Or that the NCAA is purposefully screwing Tennessee.

What is NCAA’s email? We should flood it
i was just thinking the same thing... I like the cut of your jib . Or we could go full on crazy . Screw the whole vol Twitter type “outrage “. Let’s go full on SEC crazy. Haul a bunch of mattresses up to Indy & have a little post Halloween bonfire .We could even borrow a page from the Bammers. See if “Harvey the tree poisoner “ has any of that 24D left over , take out a couple of trees . Before any of the more level headed way in please realize that I am only halfway joking 😁

I don't know any of the facts in this case but I'm Ok with trashing the NCAA! What does he do now, just disappear and show up again next season?

I hesitate to ask this, (in other words, please don't murder me on this question), but as I'm not that familiar with Plavsic's Arizona State situation -- what was the justification used for the waiver request? I am not trying start a fire over the current state of transfer eligibility, or the NCAA's lack of consistency in their rulings, I feel like that's all out in the open already. I would though like to understand what the reasoning was behind the expectation he'd receive immediate eligibility.

There are several posters on this board that would know and they may not have all the details.
Like you, I would also. Hurly and the AD more than likely are the culprits combined with the NCAA not incompetence to comprehend above 4th Grade level work.

f*** the NCAA.

They’ve always been a biased organization to begin with.

How does this affect his remaining eligibility?

As Far as the NCAA goes, they should not have opened up the Transfer Portals (football & basketball) if they did not have a plan to administer decisions fairly and equally across the board.

Can't wait for the stupidity on the Pay for Play. The NCAA will not be able to adequately monitor...

This gives Fulkerson and Kent and ONR and Pember a chance to get more minutes and this will also give Plavsic a chance to get stronger and we have a legit 7 footer for the 2020 season.

It was also reported that Mich was very unhelpful to tenn with Solomon
