This is where I would consider. Definitely helps because of all the potential in-breeding the odds are in your favor to have a good selection as an outsider. They allegedly have a dating app that tells you how related you are.

kinda the reverse of a Bama-only dating app

Iceland seems awesome. Weird that they do not have last names, as their last name is always their fathers 1st name followed by "son" or "daughter" . Ex: Leif Ericsson was son of Eric "the Red"...i believe they are the only country with patronymic names still....

Haven't visited yet, but will be my next international trip. I am fascinated based on research. I know @Grand Vol has spent time there.

I have read a lot about Iceland and it is definitely at the top of the list too...lots of swingers there and a marriage rate well below 50% too. They just do not marry much, even if she gets pregnant etc. Beautiful women abound from what i have seen. They have an approved list of baby names you can choose from, and to name your kid something else you have to get approval from a committee of elected members. Also, their horses are so purebred that if a native horse travels outside the country, it can never return...the sheep in Iceland outnumber humans more than 2 to 1. The sparsely populated country only has like 400k people...less than Knoxville...and is roughly the size of Rhode Island IIRC. They drink more Coca-Cola than any country on Earth per capita, like 6 bottles per week per person lol...I really like iceland. They have like 90% fluency in English too despite it not being their native tongue and are supposed to be great hosts bc tourism is huge. Over 2 million visitors a year...5x their population.

Do you know about immigration there? I am not sure how easy it is to get approved, they may be like Japan where its almost impossible to move their permanently?

Iceland calls itself a conservative country. I spent a week there, and the folks I talked to said they are "conservative for Europe" but left of the US.
Reykavik has mild winters for being almost on the Artic Circle. Almost everything has to be shipped in so most things are expensive. Plenty of cheap fuel though. Steam coming out of the ground everywhere.

For Nature Iceland is probably the most interesting country I have visited. Something about those volcanos.

Lanzarote( a Canary Island) is the most unique place. The moon.

Thanks for the good post bud
Appreciate your input. I envy your travel experiences! GO VOLS

Well now, it was a suggestion to a question. One can take it or leave it. It just seems they have less of a mess there than we do here.

I'd say Iceland has less of a mess, but a lot of Americans(including me) would have a difficult time adjusting to life there. 60% of the population lives in Reykjavik. It is a nice lively city with a reasonably warm climate especially being the northern most capital in the world. the climate is greatly affected by the Irminger ocean current.
So the rest of the country has all kinds of natural sights, and it is interesting. You can even stand on two continents at once. It is just a unique place. If you go you should consider hiring a professional guide for at least one day.

I got off track with Iceland. I do not think it would be a good place for Marcus or his daughter to live. It's not Conservative.

I'd rather fly with brown people than be around someone who might infect me with the gayness by breathing the same air as me.

There you go. You just showed without a doubt what you are. A proud bona fide:

It's pretty common among Arabs and Muslims.
