Class A misdemeanor. Doubt he gets away with the hunting exception, I wouldnt give him that one.Because it was illegal for this kid to carry.
The dems bs is no difference. The goal of every politician has become maintaining power. Only difference is how they'll spend my moneyNo, just hate where it's gotten to politically. Still love the culture on the whole. Frustrates me to no end that most southerners buy into Trumps bs b.c they're scared of losing power
So what is your idea of providing necessary context?
You're right if it's only a misdemeanor. That changes things on the analogous understanding of WI law.Class A misdemeanor. Doubt he gets away with the hunting exception, I wouldnt give him that one.
Wisconsin open carry law: Kyle Rittenhouse could have gun in Kenosha
All the reading I have done have mentioned fealounous actions with a gun can lead to higher levels of murder. I havent seen anything saying that for a misdmeanor.
It will be interesting to see how this trial plays out.
Dear lord, you're a simpleton.Uhmm. Yeah. It is actually. Ever watch Anthony Bourdain?
Going to a protest to clean graffity is intentionally wanting to get mugged?Because you aren't intentionally placing yourself in a situation in which you'll be mugged.
I don't pretend to take people's words at face value. Neither should you.
First rule of shooting someone.... bring enough gun.Oh, I know they shot him. Video shows that much very well. I've just never heard of anyone being listed in "serious condition" after being shot at close range 7 times like that.
The police must have been shooting their guns w/rubber bullets.

Should I take your words there in the second paragraph at face value or not? If this kid has a blog or some posts about tagging him some protestors then sure that changes things. But I havent seen anything yet to say I shouldnt believe his interview.
Maybe the businesses ought to keep their politics private then they’d have no issues either way.Your examples are all representative of a person preference regarding the product being peddled. The boycotts punish a business that produces a product wanted by the buyer, but refuses to purchase because of differing political beliefs.
So which drug cartel do you work for?I've been to Korea and Japan, both way more racist than the average American. Most white Europeans are more racist than the average American. The least racist place I have been is central America, Panama, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Belize are IMO less racist than Canada which would be the other country I would rank high on the list of low racism.
If you ever get the opportunity to do business, spend much time and get to know people in Boston, Hartford, Providence or NYC you will understand how racism is ingrained in the NE. I would venture to say they are some of the most segregated areas of the country I have ever been to.
I ain't a lawyer and can only go off what I read. I have no problem with him getting time for carrying illegally. Again I dont know if there is any type of reciprocity between the adjoining counties. You're right if it's only a misdemeanor. That changes things on the analogous understanding of WI law.

I know a lot of southern states have that. But I also dont think he can legally carry in Illinois without a guardian. So who knows.
