Police shooting black man in the back ... again (Kenosha, WI)

The recording clearly states the same thing that was presented in quotes, what are YOU suggesting she is saying?
Disagree. I’m suggesting people listen to it and decide for themselves what information the police had about the people they encountered on scene.

I have not seen it.
So if the knife is in his belt while he’s wrestling with the police and whatever else went on. And he never takes it out to attack them or defend himself.

How does that play out in an analysis of whether they’re justified in shooting him when he reaches into his car?

I don't know. People on here say I am a leftist and I have never boycotted any business for a political reason. I can't recall EVER hearing a sitting president call for a boycott of an American company.

I too have never boycotted a company over politics. I find it amusing that you are all up in arms claiming they are hurting other Americans now that some right wingers are calling for boycotts yet were silent over the boycott of Chick Fla and most recently Goya.

I’m not interpreting anything. I’m supplying you with necessary context to alleviate the supposed vagueness of my post.

Telling me in a previous post to "link it" is not my idea of providng necessary context or throwing out the snide remarks and insults.

Please continue. :)

Zero empathy for these left wing loons who got smoked by a kid. Zero.

You can say what you want but that kid had nerves of steel and regrouped quick from being hit from behind . Even after it was over he just got up and seemed to walk backwards slowly at the ready again .

I've been to Korea and Japan, both way more racist than the average American. Most white Europeans are more racist than the average American. The least racist place I have been is central America, Panama, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Belize are IMO less racist than Canada which would be the other country I would rank high on the list of low racism.

If you ever get the opportunity to do business, spend much time and get to know people in Boston, Hartford, Providence or NYC you will understand how racism is ingrained in the NE. I would venture to say they are some of the most segregated areas of the country I have ever been to.
I've been disallowed from entering bars and restaurants in Japan for being white. I didn't burn anything down, I laughed and took my cash elsewhere. It was their right to deny me entry for whatever reason they wanted. I speak darn near fluent Japanese, too! Koreans are about the same way.

China mass imprisons non-Han Chinese, and is the worlds largest purveyor of trafficked organs (from Chinese minorities) and slave labor, yet we have a 'bigger race problem' here.

S. Africa and Zimbabwe seized land from white farmers purely because of their skin color. Is that not a race problem?

The kid claims to have been all over the world, but every post he makes makes me doubt even further.

Koreans outside of the KTA clubs (whore houses) didn't appreciate black soldiers coming into their establishments.

Non-Japanese can forget about going to most of Japan's soaplands, too.

For all of Japan's actual racism it's the safest and cleanest and most peaceful place I've ever been. It always leads to nice philosophical thoughts about race and racism.

You're understanding of race issues is "Welp we got all these gangs and all these drugs and immigrationts and "mental illness" and thats why black people are poor." How long have you been alive? Longer than me probably, yet you show a shocking lack of understanding about these issues. you're just repeating what Sean hannity told you. Why do you think we have a drug and gang problem bucko? Ever ask yourself that?

You will never have anything constructive to say on these matters because you barely bother to think about them.
I don't watch Hannity, but it's kind of funny that you think i have a "lack of understanding about it" when I've worked with law enforcement, psychiatric care, social work and healthcare for over 25 years, and i regularly teach on these exact subjects both at the university levels as guest lecturer and at various professional settings and departments the past 15 years.

But hey, i leave the 20 something LA DJ to have it figured it out.

We have a gang problem because of generations of inner city and trailer park families stuck in the cycle of poverty for political votes. They share the same defeatist attitudes, blaming others for their decision making, having kids out of wedlock, no fathers in the home, drug use, anti-authority, overly emotionally stunted, dropping out of school, etc.

As for drugs, that is due to people making poor choices to do drugs, which lead some to life-long addictions. Add in the codependency of mental health, and the lack of mental health resources because BOTH parties closed down mental institutions while putting people on psychotropic meds which leads to these people being violent and to commit crimes. Also several factors led up to the opioid crisis including drug companies, criminals making money, development of stronger narcotics, some physicians trying to make money, the federal government and Press Ganey making the situation worse with ridiculous regulations on doctors and hospitals, and increased with the ACA, which has all led to where we are today

Why would I help fund things i don't believe in? That makes zero sense. We should all be free to make our own decision based on personal beliefs

I don't eat at a vegan restaurant because I actually like meat. I don't donate to the Alabama football scholarship fund either. If i got a call from either Trump or Biden campaign they won't get a cent. Are you saying those decisions are wrong?

Your examples are all representative of a person preference regarding the product being peddled. The boycotts punish a business that produces a product wanted by the buyer, but refuses to purchase because of differing political beliefs.

That's because actually have big cities.

Gee, wonder where all these displaced black people came from.. Oh yeah, the South.
Atlanta, Charlotte, New Orleans, Nashville, Memphis, Miami, Dallas, Houston, Louisville, Richmond, Baltimore.

Maybe they’re not what you’d consider “big” cities, but whatever your profound geographical impairment tells you to make you happy.

Why arm yourself and go there? That's the greater point.
Stupid games, stupid prizes. The ones assaulting him are dead and he's facing charges. Seems fair to me.
Why not arm yourself?

After the attempted mugging I went thru you suggested I arm myself. Why not this kid? .

There are pictures of him helping to clean up grafity, there is video of him being asked about his gun, and he first says he brought a med kit to help and afterwards he says the rifle is for self defense. No idea how the courts will read into that but to me it speaks of his mindset. Aid kit first, gun second.

And I see no issue with that mindset. Pray for peace but prepare for war. Si vis pacem, para bellum.

I only had the opportunity to visit Japan for a few days twice and I liked it, other than when we went to Tokyo it was way to crowded for my tastes but I never felt uneasy.

Tokyo is fun, but I lived down in Nagasaki and have spent a lot of time in other cities. Rural Japan is the most tranquil place I have ever been in my life.

He had no business being there.
