FWIW, here's the kiddo's current list of charges:

One count first-degree intentional homicide.
One count reckless homicide.
One count attempted intentional homicide.
Two counts recklessly endangering safety.
One count possession of a dangerous weapon while under the age of 18.

I defer to the attorneys on this board as to what this will end up being sentence-wise. For you to suggest there won't be a trial is inane. If that were to pass, all of Kenosha would be ashes.

It’s a political charging without an investigation.
They’ve way overcharged and he’s going to walk.
I’ve talked with several lawyers myself and they all seem to think he’ll plead to a misdemeanor and there will be no trial.

Having said that.


I’m all in favor of open season on rioters.
It’s time for the people who live there to meet the violence with violence. Where’s there justice? They need to take it since their Democrat leaders have abandoned them.
Protesters are a different matter.
Protesters have 1A rights. Rioters are criminals who don’t.
