Blacks being disproportionately killed by police has no empirical evidence to support it.
That's racist!
Out of 8.1 million arrests made, blacks comprised 2.2 million of those arrests. The empirical data shows blacks are more likely than whites to survive an arrest encounter.
If you want to posit police target blacks for arrest(which the arrest data hardly supports), then the death ratio's would completely rebuke any notion of systematic homicidal intent.
Finally there's the issue of a higher% of black officers involved in shootings(last link in the quote) than white officers. Another empirical data point that debunks any notion of systematic white on black racial killings by police officers.
This is why many of us have come to abhor MSM(Fox included), the Democratic parties endorsement of BLM, and the
Racist false narratives purported in the name of ratings.
I've leaned left most my life. I generally identify with more left issues than right. All the Democrats had to do pre-2016 was not threaten 1A, 2A, and take border control serious. Document 5-10 million immigrants a year for all I care as long as they're in the system. That's all it took to get my vote.
I've never had any notion of either party being
GOOD in the altruistic sense. They're all (Reps/Dems/Trumps) morally bankrupt degenerate reprobates. The extent the Democratic party & their 5/6MSM outlets have become willing to disingenuously polarize America along racially divisive lines has got to stop.
How many of our cities need to burn behind a false narrative of racially motivated police killings?
Finally, it's very hard to find year to year empirical data. If anyone can find data that refutes what I'm posting then please post it.
