Wow. That's all that I can say. How far does this political correctness BS have to go until democrats aka socialists realize they are killing our country. Sadly enough most democrats have no idea what socialism is, because if they did, they would change parties, and the ones who do know what socialism is and still vote for democrats need to move to Russia and enjoy that style of government.

So back to "wow." Greed is the first and foremost reason for the great mortgage crisis we are currently seeing, but "great" democrats like Barney Frank, Barack Obama, and Chris Dodd were deadset on helping the poor and down trodden Americans and illegal immigrants get loans on houses they couldn't afford and pushed more legislation on lenders etc. and no doc loans (no documents required - aka illegal immigrants) all the while, they were getting kickbacks from Fannie and Freddie.

Socialism doesn't work. You can't give people something for nothing. Until democrats learn that, we should expect to see more of the same...

Intolerance of what? Or is that just automatically a bad word in your vocabulary?

apparently different viewpoints. I just get awful tired of neocons trying to group everyone on the left together into some evil entity.

First, if you knew anything about the derivation of terms, you would understand that the term "neocon" is oxymoronic...

Second, socialism is evil - are you down with it or against it???

First, neoconservative is an accepted term for a political philosophy.

Second, it doesn't matter how I feel about socialism. Not all democrats, or liberals, or socialists are evil. To suggest otherwise is ignorant.

Neocon = accepted term? Again it shows that you don't know what the term means.

Wow, taking my comments out of context are we? I said socialism = evil. I didn't mention democrats or liberals were evil, you did.

So, what draws you to the democratic party and what are your thoughts on socialism???

This is the second time you have suggested that I don't understand something. You can kiss my ass on that one, I assure you I understand it fully. You simply cannot argue that neoconservative is not a term for a political philosophy and people who subscribe to said philosophy, regardless of how you feel about whether or not the term makes sense.

As for socialism, I feel that it is a good idea on paper. However, implementing it in its pure form into a heterogeneous society is not exactly practical.

But maybe I should dumb that down a bit so I can fit your view of me. It ain't gonna work here cause there is too many different type of folks

Neoconservative is a LIBERAL'S TERM for a political philosophy they don't agree with.

I would glady give a higher percentage of my income if it would make sure all Americans (regardless of their life and how they live) health coverage. I view that the benefit of covering those in need out weighs those that would abuse the system. Yes I am an evil and horrible human being for feeling this way.

Okay, let's begin:

The CRA was enacted in 1977 to prevent redlining and to encourage banks and thrifts to help meet the credit needs of all segments of their communities, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods.

OCC: CRA Information

Next, Obama jumped on board and helped Freddie and Fannie in accordance with the CRA:

Look who else supports Obama (donors to his campaign):

Top Contributors to Barack Obama | OpenSecrets

Funny, a whole lot of these banks/lenders has sure given Obama a bunch of money. I wonder how they are tied to him, hmm?

Look who has donated to Mr. Dodd:

Christopher J. Dodd: Campaign Finance/Money - Top Donors - Senator 2008 | OpenSecrets

Wow, it seems really funny that all of these banks have given so much money to Obama and Dodd. I wonder why that it is. You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.

So let's not be biased...I'll admit Bush is tied to big oil, who wouldn't, can you admit that Frank, Obama, and Dodd are not owned by Financial Corps???

No you would not. You are free to give away as much of your income as you would like right now, and I am betting you aren't doing what you say.

Honestly, I think this is all misplaced blame. Singling out Obama, Dodd, and Frank is like me saying that the Dolphins didn't go to the Super Bowl last year because Cleo Lemon sucks

I hope you are ready to give a HUGE percentage of your income. You can't allow people to wait until they are sick, then demand health coverage.

Obama wants people to be insurable irregardless of pre-existing conditions. That is totally irresponsible

You may think socialized medicine is great. That is until a bureaucrat decides your chances of responding to treatment, are too low to justify the cost of said treatment.
