I do think he is a man of overall good moral compass and base tenants that he lives by which is important for that position.

Joe Biden - not so much on the moral compass imo.

I think he’s generally a lousy person. You don’t get to be that successful of a businessman without having shady qualities and being ruthless. He is clearly a narcissist. I also believe that if there is really evidence of illegal activities with underage girls that he should be prosecuted for that. All that being said, America was generally running better with him as President. Anyone saying things have gotten better under Biden is a liar/moron.
