The color of the helmets does not matter because it is the players and coaching staff that determines whether Tennessee wins or not.

How does what we wear affect how we play?
We are 1-4 when we checker Neyland. And we still do it.
The Orange helmets should be judged on how they look.
I think they look great.

Pantone 151 is nothing like the dark shade of Orange that Clemson wears.
there are multiple threads on this site showing them together.
they are NOTHING alike.

I have a feeling that we might wear an alt uniform. It’s a big game, lots of visibility for recruits, etc..

Doesn't the home team get to decide what uni to wear first?
Are we the home team or visitor?

If we get to choose, I say we wear the orange helmet just to p!zz Clemson off !!!

Yeah Orange vs Orange helmets is a great idea you're right lol. We should both wear our Orange pants and white tops too

3rd option shoulda been if the players vote for it, then cool, we’re wearin’ orange helmets… helmets didn’t lose a game they are inanimate objects…

I think the orange helmets are fine with the black unis.. they look much better than the white ones in that combo.. I think they'd look weird with stormtroopers maybe if they went orange helmet orange pants and white jerseys?

Thank you all for your feedback on why this is not a statistically valid poll and that the color of the helmets didn't, in reality, impact the outcome of the game.

We played very well in gray vs LSU and in black vs KY, but I did think we looked like Clemson when I turned on the SCar game.
