The fact it was meant as a joke wasn’t lost on me… I just thought I’d throw out a dry humor response… based on Dabo saying they were likely wearing white jerseys and orange pants, I kinda look for the team to vote out traditional home uni’s… we shall see

We are 1-4 when we checker Neyland. And we still do it.
The Orange helmets should be judged on how they look.
I think they look great.

We won this year with Checker Neyland, as well as 16'. Weird how when our team doesn't suck, that alternate colors and special events cause it's too win more.

It's funny to see how superstitious grown adults really are. As if the results of that SC game was directly a result of us wearing orange helmets.

Some people still seem to actually think the orange pants are cursed.

Sure, we sucked for a decade wearing mostly orange jerseys/white pants and all white on the road, but yeah it's the orange pants and orange helmets that are "cursed".

I agree but you can't say the helmets were well thought out. Playing South Carolina at South Carolina on homecoming looking like Clemson is a terrible idea.

Otherwise, I like the helmets. Not feeling confident with Joe or this defense and the possibility of some guys sitting out.
