Really? A roster that in the pre season Barnes said himself was his best roster? Anything less than the Elite 8;is a failure once again by Barnes

Link where Barnes said that? I’m guessing it’s highly likely that you are twisting words, distorting the context, or flat out making something up. Anything to fuel your obsession.

Thanks for proving my point. Best roster is very different than most talented. I’d also like to see the link because that’s probably not the only thing that you’ve distorted to try to support your agenda.

Keep wearing your orange shaded sunglasses and supporting a coach that if Not for inheriting Admiral Schofield , probably would have already been fired. As I stated earlier today, Grant and Admiral are to Barnes as Dobbs was to Butch Jones. Without either of those players, Barnes has done nothing , just like Butch without Dobbs

Barnes has a HOF coaching career BEFORE he got to Tennessee. Butch Jones did not. Your analogy is really bad.

We certainly can but the SEC this year will be a dog fight most every game. We were able to beat up on SC in the second half but we will have to play our best especially on the road.

This year is like 2016. We finally got to a point where we could hold talent and they (Bone and Williams) left early. Then Pons left early. Then the two Freshman. I don't believe anyone will go pro from this team this year. We will have a lot of talent returning. We need a solid big man xfer however. I don't think we will make the tournament this year and if we do, we have a lot to be excited about next year. Either way, plenty to build on.

I would think we would need to play much better than we have been. It is conceivable that we make it, I guess with 22 games. If we play like we have been, I do not think we will win the away games or any of the games against ranked teams.

Man, I am glad this team is struggling right now. What would our "fans" have to complain about if not? Go VOLS lose the rest so they can be "happy".
