A program is sustainable. You can plug a few holes with the portal but you cannot build a program.

This team won 4 games last year, and got blown out in nearly every loss. In year one with CJH, we've completely revamped the offense into one of the best in the nation, been competitive in every single game, beat a 9 win UK team, and put up the 2nd most points against UGA. And the transfers have been some of the best players on the team.

So yeah, I'd say you're wrong.

So UK, Mizzu, and USCe are not blue major wins even though they're in the SEC, but Michigan St. winning 10 games in the BIG 10 is irrelevant to you....


So I guess you think the only good teams in the country are Bama, UGA, and maybe Ole Miss?

It’s the same thing Doug Matthews was saying on his show today. He said a healthy program should only take 2-3 portal players a year and only for impact guys at positions of need. He said the Vols are two more classes away from being at that level.
