I forgot he played another SEC opponent. He had 19 carries for a 3.7 ypc average against Oklahoma. That was with their starting QB.And he took a **** on KSU
Anyways, he’s ran for 1300 yards both seasons. He’d be the best RB on our roster, shouldn’t even be up for debate at this point.
All I said was “I hope we go after him” and then I get the Lewis fanboys come out of the wood work. (Not you)
Let’s even see if we go after him.
He might be the best RB on our roster next year if he came to Tennessee. But it absolutely can be debated. At least until he does something against the kind of competition he’d face at Tennessee that removes any doubt. To this point, he’s whiffed on those opportunities.
Portal guys who are productive at mid majors don’t automatically translate when they move to the SEC. We’ve seen that many times. But maybe he would/will.
