Right. An undersized RB serving as a depth piece (as Sampson did his freshman year) is very different than an undersized RB being the main RB.
I like Bishop and Lewis as a duo with Morris contributing some. Also Morris could add quite a bit of size in between. College nutrition and S&C could boost him largely year one.

Great stats man! Where do you get in depth stats like that? Me saying the WRs and TEs were killing our safeties was just from watching film. Where can you find in depth stats like yardage vs safeties and against A. Carter ?
For the more granular player stats, PFF is great. The grades don't mean much to me but the nitty-gritty detail stats are the best you can find imo.

Eh, still hoping for Farooq at WR. I haven’t heard much about him since he entered.

Hopefully he doesn’t get too much interest due to his injury last season, and not playing hardly at all this season.

We could get a very good WR for a discounted price.

At this point I would love Farooq or Clement. We really need another veteran receiver badly.
Once again I love our WR core i’m not questioning them at all. It just doesn’t seem logical to me that we will head into next season with really only 3 receivers who have played SEC ball. Hell, even Mike Matthews (who i think will be a stud) hasn’t had much playing time at all. Also, ideally im hoping it will be someone who’s more of a deep threat or excels in YAC

he’s the white squirrel 😭

Hes a tough kid. Looks like Squirrel but taller and probably not quite as quick laterally/short area as White. Squirrel is elite when it comes to quickness and change of direction...its his best asset. Last season he also had amazing hands...like 9 catches on 9 targets at halftime vs Bama great hands...but he has dropped a decent amount of balls this season due to his shoulder being wrecked. I don't blame Squirrel for that btw...thats on the coaches. No good player at this level is EVER gonna turn down snaps especially not a kid as tough as Squirrel. The coaches should have used his backups/TEs/Matthews at Slot etc much more this season because Slot has had very little production for us all season due to an injured Squirrel always being on the field. Love the guy but he was a shell of 2023 Squirrel nearly all season with a bad shoulder and it hurt the team. The coaches should have had Matthews, Staley, anybody besides "stone hands" Nimrod in there or injured Squirrel. Our offense will be much improved next season with a healthy Squirrel and Staley actually beating Safeties/Nickels 1on1 and catching the ball for a change. I hope we see a TE or somebody at Slot tomorrow because AP said BOTH of Squirrels shoulders have been hurt for a while now. Not just the torn labrum.

For me, it's hard to believe that this Clement kid is transferring.
He began his college career as a walk-on and worked his way into a starting role. But when I see these highlights and a mostly empty WVU stadium, I can understand wanting to play where there is more fan enthusiasm. And not to mention a more lucrative NIL deal, which may be what he's fishing for from WVU.

He wants to capitalize on his success and bank a nice NIL deal.
