While I agree the guy looks like a good back, if you use your previous criteria, maybe he's not the guy we are looking for. Against the better teams his numbers weren't great.

Although, almost 2800 yards in 2 years is nothing to sneeze at, and it looks like he catches the ball fairly well.

That’s fair.

The thing that stands out the most to me is he has never fumbled in the two years he has played.

He also has 900+ yards after contact EACH season.

I’ll leave this right here. Josh Pate is dead accurate on what is the biggest threat to college football, I just think his timeline is off. I think we are barreling down those tracks MUCH faster than anyone has predicted. I was thinking I had 2 or 3 seasons left before I lost interest if no one fixed this mess but I’m close to being out until it gets fixed. This offseason has blown up college football, even more than previous season. The tampering was there in previous seasons but now it’s not even low key, teams are just strait up tampering and not trying to hide it.

I will say I think we are going to try and spend heavier for a WR addition than a RB addition if that helps you navigate potential names.

So when you see big time WRs enter we probably have a better shot with them than a big time RB as I think we are happy with Lewis/Bishop/Morris but want another reliable body for depth if we have injuries.

I wonder if being good in every sport will eventually make us choose. Got to think, we have the top baseball and basketball teams currently, a top 10 football team, women’s basketball, and softball. While women’s aren’t as expensive, that’s 6 teams of mouths being fed.

He never said he was on campus. He said he was setting up a visit, which for one to be canceled, then one had to be set up.

That’s sad, but that’s just my opinion. Not a fan of either of those guys. Feel like we may look back and be like “we should have gotten a portal stud RB”

BUT, again that’s my opinion. At the end of the day, I no longer truly care, not saying Vol football is dead to me, but after this eye opening week. I’ll definitely be using my weekends elsewhere to enjoy life to the fullest.

Definitely will be watching the Vols still though. Always will bleed orange.

I'm assuming you are talking to me. An OSU defender said they knew which plays were being called from the formation and that they could play fast and react fast because "we had seen it (the plays) for three weeks in a row"

And he was the 2nd opponent on record to say that.
