I think he’s a solid player BUT let’s not act like he is Caleb Downs or something

I like stats but how does that compare to other freshmen DBs? My guess is he’ll improve quite a bit. He passes the eye test of a football player.

He's a young player and made some mistakes but he has rare athleticism.

I love Boo as a player but he is not in zip code of Hunters Talent

This was my thought as well. Factoring in one is senior and the other a freshmen just coming off his first season of reps that's a fair assessment.

As a true freshman…hard to deny that he’s one of the most electric athletes on this squad - saw that on punt return. He’s got potential to be a big time DB when he’s confident enough to play full speed. Maybe the coaches agree and get him locked back in - they’d know better than me who is worth what.

That's the only way. It needs to be at least 3 year contracts for full pay. Yearly contracts get less cash. Structure is needed. Entire teams are being blown up, this is crazy.

No, we have actual insiders. Just because we don’t like the news doesn’t mean they’re guessing.

Also need a salary cap with legit enforcement.
Death Penalty for any team caught circumventing the cap.

Capping would be hard with NIL and would lose in the courts.

Are we still going to consider players students or employees of the college when revenue sharing happens? If not students change the transfer portal rules/timeline and have rules like the NFL. Most don’t care about education or a scholarship now anyways it’s all about money with lack of school loyalty

This. Players’ constitutional rights have been infringed upon for way too long, and the correction of that shouldn’t be blamed for this chaos. It’s the failure of the NCAA not figuring things out years ago and getting a reasonable and constitutional system in place.
