I could make an argument USC may have made a run at making the playoffs with Nico at QB.

I could make an argument that NASA could reach the sun with Nico piloting the shuttle, and it isn't really any more ridiculous than thinking a 7-6 USC team was an average rFR QB away from making the playoffs.

Miller Moss and Nico had almost identical passing stats and Moss played in 4 fewer games. He wasn't necessarily the problem and Nico wasn't the solution.

That's not a knock on Nico, but he was every bit as responsible for our passing game struggles as the OL and the WRs. Those 3 units were very rarely in harmony against SEC competition.

It would also give pause to unreasonable posters who complain about our collective/lack of donors/various athletic programs while not putting their own skin in the game. This would be particularly palpable when they criticize reasonable posters who actually have skin in the game.

He's not in the portal. Some people on here are just thinking he will go in, but obviously he's still playing in the CFP, so he's not yet and who knows if he actually will be.
