This is just my opinion, but whether or not we add anyone else, I think we already have the horses to be good. The real catalyst for change is staff shakeups. I've already stated several times who I think needs to be replaced, but with the new rule allowing analysts to participate in coaching, we should also be looking for assistants, like Coach Chop, who can come in and help the coaches with their position groups. We need to coach up the talent we have.

I don’t see why we wouldn’t try to bring in anyone of value to our staff. How big is our coaching staff? I know uga and uf have exceptionally large staffs. How does ours compare?

Like people in Alabama know what "genitalia" means.

They assumed those guys could read too.

Bet my left nut Bama has football players that couldnt pass a reading proficiency test. When you're the best athlete in your school/town/district and a local "celebrity" concessions are often made in the classroom to keep you eligible to play ball each year. The premise of even pretending to have actual academic standards in public schools went out the window when they dropped the rule that kids had to pass Algebra 1 to graduate. Thats 8th grade math at the latest. So if needed a kid could take that course in 8th, 9th, 10th,11th,and 12th grade in order to pass it. Five straight years. After likely taking Pre-Algebra in 7th grade to prepare kids for the concepts. A sad day indeed when adults decided that was simply too much to ask of an 18yo kid with 13 years of public education. To pass Algebra 1 which most of us completed by age 13 or 14. Unless one has a learning disability etc, i think Algebra is a reasonable requirement to get a diploma in 2024. Thankfully other kids like Dobbs are brilliant and become Aerospace Engineers while carrying the football team on his shoulders most games, and Hooker which published a Christian book for children before leaving UT. I really hope that with all the tutors etc our VFLs are learning and all preparing themselves well for life after sports. It seems like we are doing a good job in this area.

I had you figured as someone who likes to look at the size of others' staffs. I think you stood next to me at the urinals once, pervert.

Mathews, Staley, Brazzell, Jefferson, Kitselman....

Good core to surround with incoming fr.
Davis too…

We need to close on Jefferson and land one other big time outside WR…Thomas from A&M would be nice…add those two to the freshman coming in and you’ve got an impressive WR/TE room

Brazzell has been more productive than Branch and Matthews certainly has a similar overall talent level to Branch. And while we are still waiting on it to happen, TN will almost assuredly add another WR with experience.

Zachariah Branch is most definitely an upgrade for UGA and he is super talented. I'm just pointing out that it's not like UGA is getting a proven stud like Williams or something.

Does he bring any real information that can’t be found out 60 seconds after he shares it?
The answer to this would be no. The stuff he does put out is, "TN is in on this kid, TN is in a good spot" Very vague on alot of his answers to save face incase he is wrong. I dont follow recruiting info from him. Its as bad as coach speak many of times.

I will disagree with this. For months in both the Sanders and George M recruitment AP kept saying UT was in the lead when all of the national guys weren’t including us. Especially Sanders. He is not perfect by any means but no one is in recruiting. Compared to the other local sites AP is by far the most connected. Especially now when recruiting changes so quickly. But that is JMO.
