Remember when it was a referendum on Elarbee bc Nichols left? He “ran him off” and all that.

Yet now he’s bouncing on Pittman. Can’t believe Pittman can’t build relationships with his OL and basically ran this guy off. Pittman just doesn’t have the personality to connect with his players I guess. Right?

Maybe Addison doesn’t like man titties??!?

I mean this is a seriously poor look on Nichols. He went and played for the best OL coach in the country and either couldn't handle it or got ran off.

What we heard when Nichols was here was that it was never about his talent or ability. It was about his buy-in and effort.

If he doesn't want to put in the work to make the league and just wants to play ball for fun and get his degree, that's great for him. Best of luck at a lower level.

Our program is at a spot that if we land not ONE transfer we move on.

IF we find some who fits who can help our team and not F up chemistry we add him. If not…oh well.

I know things can change at any given second, but if we were worried about McCoy or Boo leaving, I’m sure we would have already started offering DBs as a precaution.

Prime example would be this kid. Looks like 5 playoffs teams by my count. I’m sure we would be on this picture as well if we had any slight indication they were thinking about going somewhere else for money.

Yep. It has really paid off too. Big impact players that didnt change or ruin our culture that this staff has worked tirelessly to create and preserve. Amazing culture that has had no arrests etc, good grades, great leadership within the team etc.

We always make our moves later in the portal after everyone panics lol. We have hit on great evaluations of nearly every player from the portal. Many of which will get their shot in the NFL...from the top of my head

These guys have been HUGE parts of our offense and defense. Many of them are or will end up in the NFL. We have had an almost 100% success rate...and many of these guys were immediate starters. Plug and play. This staff has done an amazing job in the portal.

That would be a terrible decision for Heupel to make.

A kid who left when things didn’t go his way, comes back after starting at another place- while the guy you’ve been grooming is waiting to play- then is told to sit another 2 years???

Tennessee didn’t get to the college football playoffs by making crappy decisions like that.
