Service academy athletes are not permitted to participate in NIL.
So, he can earn his degree from a school other than West Point, and make a ton of money while doing it, then enter OCS for a career in the Army, if an NFL future isn't in the cards.

Tulane was after him hard apparently.

If it was me, I would’ve went there and started day 1. Easy 9-3 or 10-2 season every year till your Jr/Sr season when you transfer again.

Make yourself look really nice, but this also isn’t a terrible move on his part.

He basically replaces Bryce Underwood for them...both were going to RS plus this kid has good film and a good foundation to work with.

It’s also a small red flag for me that he’s in the portal. True freshman who seems to have a good career in front of him at Arkansas. Not many true freshmen get as many carries as he did. Have to imagine he’s just chasing a bag, which I understand, but coming from someone who has been on campus for less than a year it just rubs me the wrong way. Wouldn’t mind seeing him in orange tho. Dudes a tank. But if signing him runs off Lewis or Bishop I’d pass.

We don't appear to be targeting a guy who would command as many carries as Haynes. He's leaving Bama to get carries. I'm not sure how many carries there would be for him in our offense next year, and perhaps this is a clue, especially if Sampson is returning.

Talented but too much drama around him.

Between King saying he wasn’t forthcoming with our staff down the stretch, in portal, not in portal yet, now he’s in the portal, now he’s out of the portal, oh now he’s back in the portal.

It’s a no for me. I’m sure coach is gonna call any minute and ask my opinion

This 6'2 220 lb kid that ran 4.4, had 900 total yards as a senior in 1A Virginia.
Lewis had 2,000 rush yards alone in 4A Virginia.

People jumped all over me when I said Cam Seldon will NOT practice in Knoxville come Spring 2025. I didn't mean transfer necessarily. I meant he would find some reason to NOT BE AVAILABLE. That's his history! 4 years of injuries?????? How many excuses are you going to keep making for him?

People are sad because he's 6'2 220 4.3 speed.
I couldn't care less about any of that. Because it damn sure hasn't helped Tennessee at all. Yet here we are IN THE PLAYOFFS.
