The Forgotten Constitutional Weapon Against Voter Restrictions - NewsBreak

A state that crosses the line would lose a percentage of its seats in the House of Representatives in proportion to how many voters it disenfranchises. If a state abridges voting rights for, say, 10 percent of its eligible voters, that state would lose 10 percent of its representatives — and with fewer House seats, it would get fewer votes in the Electoral College, too.

What state is “abridging voter rights” for those who are citizens?

Well I had a quick draw response just focusing on repercussions.

Section 2 Apportionment of Representation
Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

Do succeeding amendments like the 19th and 26th apply. Would think so.
Basis of representation shall be reduced...for what, ever?

The attorney for Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has been forced to admit in writing that Fulton County did not conduct a proper and legal recount of their 2020 election results.

The most important point is that the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office cannot support the results of Fulton County’s hand recount of their 2020 election results:
"As part of the allegations that you made, our investigators looked at the alleged violations and found that Fulton did make mistakes in their audit counting/reporting. Those are what have been referred to the AG’s office."
The second point is that the Georgia Secretary of State did not check or supervise or verify the results of hand recounts from Georgia counties.
In other words, the Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is not doing his job. It took independent investigators and concerned citizens to uncover the bad practices in Fulton County.

Pinal County inexplicable ballot shortage in Arizona.

Question: "Do you know how this ballot shortage happened?"

"We opened the boxes and there weren't enough ballots.....the elections director is in charge of ordering the proper number of ballots."

Reporter:
"This is his second major mistaken."

"We have not taken action yet but I assure you we will be taking action....A major screw up like this...removal of the director."
We need investigations into these people immediately!

This isn't the first major mistake from their election either. Check this out…
They sent out wrong early ballots in another "mistake."
David Frisk is their director.

If you would accuse Newsweek and ABC News of an anti-Trump bias, then you would say that about any source, which wasn't actively promoting the Trump brand like Breitbart or The Federalist. You are like Alabama football fans accusing Gary Danielson of bias. "You're either for us or against us."

Bottom line : to accuse ABC or Newsweek of bias ... is ridiculous.

This is from 2020 and has probably been posted here before but I think it's worth re-posting for the fraud deniers out there:

Humorous that so many rail against the "MSM" and "Liberal Media" (thanks to the carnival barker) and then present as fact a story from a right-wing media source.
Finding a source online that has an opinion mirroring yours doesn't make it legitimate media. In fact, it's typically nothing more than propaganda.

What source would you consider to be 100% neutral? Opinions differ so greatly that no one would agree on neutrality. I guess witness testimonies mean nothing:rolleyes:
