The one today just talks about him visiting Auburn this weekend. He doesn't give percentages.

"I'm just looking around seeing where's the best place for me," Phillips said. "I've heard Auburn is a great place to stay and play. I just want to go see how all the coaches are and the players and how I like the program."

4 - Marlon Brown, WR, 4 stars - He's a Vol after this visit. CLK made him his #1 target and it will pay off.

6 - Darren Myles, DB, 4 stars - CMK made him his #1 and this kid wants to make it to the NFL. Vol on signing day.

7 - Pearlie Graves, DT, 4 stars - Was willing to leave the state to go to UM at one time. Tells me he wants to broaden his horizons. I think CEO is after him and bags the big fella in the end.

8 - Q. Washington, OL, 4 stars - Perhaps my shakiest prediction, but he is a "must get" imo.


<isses:

1 - P. Patterson, WR, 4 stars - Ole Miss. Nutt reels him in.

2 - P. White, OL, 4 stars - I coveted him, but home town pull is to much to overcome.

3 - Morgan Moses, OL, 4 stars - After CLS left it was over.

5 - O Charles, WR/TE, 4 stars - Never had a legit chance. UGA or FSU.

6 - G Reid, DB, 5 stars - Bama lock.

7 - A Phillips, OL, 4 stars - Already has one foot out the door and the other follows on NSD.

8 - J Stokes, WR, 4 stars - We get Zooked. You can thank Malik.

9 - Hardy, RB, 4 stars - Home town gets us again.

10 - Hall, OL, 4 stars - Slight chance with his buddy coming, but not nearly enough.

My possible surprises:

*Sam Montgomery, DE, 4 stars - I think this is such a real possibility that I almost put him in the first list.

*4 star LB/S Frankie Telfort, part of the Rivals 250, is my NSD surprise.

I predict Stokes goes to UM/Illinois because of his brother...and then he's beside himself with grief and feels completely betrayed when his brother goes to a smaller school because he isn't D1 QB material and is told by UM/Illinois that they will play him at WR

I agree with this completely if you flip the "Get" and "Don't Get".

Patterson is gonna be in his home state and I think that the "Suprise" that Edwards was talking about when refering to Hall isn't UT, I think its the U.

So Oliver is a done deal now, good deal.

King seems like the closest to a lock... and I'm assuming we'll keep all our current commits except Stokes, most notably Oku and Askew.

After them, my most desired of the uncommitted would be Graves, Teague, Montgomery and Washington. Teague because he's in-state and I hate the thought of some of the few good prospects leaving us for florida of all places. Graves and Washington because we need stud linemen, and those guys seem like the most realistic possibilities that we have at this point. Montgomery because he's a freak... of all the uncommitted guys we have a realistic shot with, I think he's got the most potential for future All-American.

Next, I'd like Brown solely because he's the big fish in-state. I'm not convinced he's going to make a meaningful conribution for a while... (maybe he will?), but if we come out and call our shot on a guy... we need to close.

I would hate to lose Stokes since he committed so early...the list looks fine to me other than losing him...getting Brown would trump that loss

So I get different info from Scout, Rivals, and this board, understood. I thought needs that could be addressed were D/O-line. Seems were good on DEs but the other 2 ???

Honestly I think this list is the best we can hope for. I would be thrilled if this is how our class ended up on NSD.
