Sadly, we wasted an outstanding performance from Pekka last night. The rest of the team decided not to show up. Vancouver is clearly more skilled than we are, but we can play much better than that. Hopefully we come to play tomorrow.

I've been following the Preds since 2001. I've been a half season holder the past 2 seasons, but I didn't sign up for VN until September. See how that works?

I don't get all the hate for Preds fans on here. Makes me want to just follow Vols threads here...

I am still shocked that Webs didn't bury that chance in the third period.

I think you might be thinking of Suter, he shot it wide in the first few mins. Weber had a great chance in the third on the PP. He had Luongo beat, but he got a little to much air under the puck and it grazed off the crossbar.

I was real drunk last night, so everything was getting a bit jumbled. We missed a couple early chances, but the third period power play shot was the one that stuck with me.

Suter and Weber both had 1/2 empty nets and didn't bury their chances. It'll be interesting to see what Preds team shows up tomorrow. If we stand around and spectate for 2 periods again it's gonna be a short series.

If I was Pekka I'd be pissed (although this kinda makes it even because our offense bailed Peks out more than once in the first round). Go PREDS!

Tonight is not a must win, but a loss would put us in a position having to win both home games to have a real shot in this series. I expect a much better effort out of the team tonight.

I love Erat's toughness. He's fighting through it. Exactly what you have to do in the playoffs.
