Which player broke your heart when they left to play for another team?
Not a ton of players like that at Everton. Guys like Lukaku and Richarlison were clearly below their level for us, so once they moved on it always felt like they’d “earned it”.

Closest would probably be Ross Barkley simply because of the way he left. Led the club to believe he was going to sign a new contract all while running his current one down, eventually forcing the club to sell him to Chelsea for pennies on the dollar once it became clear he wasn’t going to resign and they were going to lose him on a free the following summer. I’d be lying if I didn’t say that the fact that he turned out to be almost a complete bust has made that loss easier.

Had a really, really poor debut for Nice earlier this season. Think he was rated a 2-3 out of 10.

Mines more recent. Antonio Rudiger. He had a tough run under Lampard with Lampard wanting to play 4 atb, but he flourished again under Tuchel. He’d still most likely be here if it weren’t for the sanctions, although he would be pretty upset when Tuchel left because he loved playing under him.

I am not a fan of Man U, but I will root for them today just to spite Ronaldo.

5th straight draw between Chelsea and United. To be fair, game ending in a draw feels like a fair result. Nice tactical battle between Ten Hag and Potter.

Foxes with a 4-0 win and move out of the bottom three for relegation. Plus, I finally made a little move in the fantasy league
Happy for the foxes. Hope they stay up. One of the best feel good stories the last decade or so
