They've won 19 of 25 ....thinking that trumps "a decade". And yes, they will make it 10 in a row.

I'm getting more and more positive about us turning the corner this season. As much as I try to keep it real.....it's hard to expect a winning mentality from players while my head is up my but about "games I know we will lose"....(which is Dooleyish).

After a close game at Oklahoma and two upsets in a row UT will finally crack the top 25 only to suffer a heartbreaking loss to Ole Miss and drop back out. After a three game skid UT will kick it in high gear with three blow outs to finish the season strong. Final record with a bowl win is 9-4. UT will finish the season strong and back in the top 25. That should help with recruiting.

There are a lot of Orange-tinted glasses in this thread, and however unrealistic some expectations may seem, at least most of us have trust in Butch and hope for the season.

I can't wait. I'd hate it if Kahlil McKenzie picks AZ and trolled us to the max, and I'd hate it if we only won 5 games, but at the end of the day, I'm a VFL.

Point being, I'm on drugs (Rx) thanks to a kidney stone, but we gonna whoop dey azz. Us folks predicting 7, 8, & 9 wins? We aren't crazy... we just know what the Big Orange can do.

Even on the road, I like the way Jones matches up with Spurrier and Richt. I think their rosters are a little better at this point but they both replace QB's who started for a long time. Both lose production and UGA has significant secondary problems with a defensive scheme that cannot tolerate secondary problems.

i really hope the mizzou game goes better than the last one at home.. that was my first TN game ever and it was a rough one seeing us lose in 4OT, but at the same time it sealed Dooley's departure. I think TN wins at home this year vs mizzou.

I used this same logic at the roulette wheel one time in Vegas. NO WAY it keeps going black lol!! ( I was drunk as @#$#). I hope we beat FL this year, but I'm not gonna be surprised to see the ball land on black either haha

By the looks of some predictions there will be disappointed Vols everywhere this year. We aren't winning more than 6 regular season games. If we win 6 it will be by some miraculous play near the end of a very close game. Beating Vandy will probably get us to 6 and we'll be grateful for it.

I've yet to post an upside down photo. It's likely the photo was either originally taken upside down or the program you're using to view/edit photos is making some type of auto adjustments.

1. They're still much more talented than UT
2. We never beat Florida
3. The overwhelming reason they fell apart last year was due to unprecedented injuries .... They were 11-2 the year before...I think they bounce back to challenge for the East this year
4. Florida always beats Tennessee

Do you have any reasons why we should expect UT to beat Florida?
