we should have been a better team than our record last yr. I dont expect us to lose twice to inferior teams and beat noone better than us

I would like to hear your logic behind this. Secondly, aside from UCLA, who else was an inferior team?

Ole Miss. Not that they were inferior but we should have beaten bammer. There was a few bonehead plays in the auburn game as well.

They added a very very good rb prospect. An area in which they were the worst in the sec last yr. I like garcia. I think he has a chance to take a huge step forward. Their defense is usually solid and i believe it will be again this season. I see a 9-3 season for them this yr.

I have heard the exact opposite. Many Carolina fans feel that he may get pulled early in the year.

I've heard this too but I think they are just following their fearless leader spurriers word on that one. He is a decent qb. I think spurrier is just trying to light a fire under his butt.

We got absolutely shellacked by Ole Miss, remind me how they were an inferior team?

Somehow Kiffykins duped Saban into pissing match over who could call a more conservative game. I'm tired of people saying we "should" have won that game.

Auburn: Our Pre-Depression era DC, was out-coached ALL NIGHT LONG.

Oregon at 2 is a joke. They are the program that the Pac-10's version of "Ole Miss". They are just not an elite program....

Go and watch the ole miss game film and you tell me that both of our lines didn't dominate the trenches. Their passing game was nonexistant. Dexter mccluster just did to us what he did to a lot of teams last year, made us look silly. On every huge run he had we had several defenders in position to make the tackle, he just broke a lot of ankles. Our tram was superior to their team. It was Dexter mccluster that shellacked us.

I'm surprised at the lack of faith in VA Tech. They'll be a force this year, maybe even play for the NC.
On paper, SC could win the East. Based on history and gut, they'll hover around .500.

Ok, but no way Ole Miss is an "inferior team".

VT for the National Championship? Might be a stretch. It runs through the SEC as of 2006. When was the last time an ACC school played in the NC game? (Iirc Miami wasn't in the ACC when they played Ost)
