Preseason top 25.

Is it because half of their team is in jail?

I hope you are right, but I fear you are not.

it's because they suck on the road and they are starting a new qb and it's an offense that needs playing time to get going (see boise last year). that isn't to say they couldn't squeak out a victory if you guys play like crap, but i definetely do not see a blowout.

Good! I will ignore my nightmares of NIKE track stars spreading the field and running wild while our new QB, new TB, and new OL tire of trying to answer and just turn it over to our new superstar punter on 3rd down.

I was afraid those were premonitions.

BPV I think Boise State will definitely miss Wilcox, no doubt in my mind.

I do not think they will live up to the preseason hype.

I also am reforming in terms of preseason predictions because in football unlike in basketball there are so many question marks for so many teams at so many key predictions that it seems like there is not enough information to make an educated guess at a top 25. People usually look at your previous years record, your upcoming schedule including which games are at home and whether or not you have a QB and then make their preseason picks.

I bet you wont be anywhere to be seen in 6 months after cal's 5-7 (2-7) pac 10 season.

the following teams haven't beaten cal at home this decade: UW, UCLA, Stanford, ASU, Oregon. All of them play cal at memorial this year. there is no chance in hell cal goes 2-7 in the pac-10. none. if so they might have problems beating nevada or colorado.

We have a couple of new resident trolls who just post more garbage in one day that VN used to get a week.

They have some SAT scores that are literally beyond the test scale, though. So, it could be that their intelligence is just incomprehensible to the more limited cognitive capacity of the mortal human mind.

Most of those teams havent been better than cal until now in this decade either.

nothing like trying to hype of the CAL FOOTBALL JUGGERNAUT that resides in college football kingdom of Berkeley.

You don't have to be Alabama to beat the likes of asu and UCLA at home. I've never denied Cal is a paper tiger on the road.

Do you mean uncanny? You said Bruce Pearl never gets beyond the sweet 16, an opinion shared by Hat. I said UT makes the Elite 8, and everyone mocked me?

Is that what is unreal?

you're a genius. Now go back and read what I actually said and you might save yourself some time. I understand that you wouldn't know a basketball if it hit you in the mouth and have probably never met a basketball coach, but making stuff up doesn't help it in the least.

And yes, 1 out of every 5 is uncanny.

people are posting their SAT scores again to back their arguments? :banghead2:

Post yours. Or just hate on mine. Its ok because It's going to become clear early in the season that I know exactly what I am talking about. This is obviously relative to Tennessee football, but it will probably get moved or deleted anyway.
