Trump cannot give anyone immunity from STATE law. Most police forces in this country are state employees and are charged with crimes under state law.
So if that is something he said, he has no power to act upon it.

In the U.S., the government has to give you due process. Its not complex, meaning they are the definition of murderers in this country, see U.S. Constitution and title 18. You don't have to ask a foreign body as to whether they are guilty of a crime somewhere else, they're guilty of murder here.... which is why Bill was begging for a pardon for Hillibeast as few weeks ago.
