I don't even see this as a big deal. What I don't see as an issue is a child that doesn't come back, meaning say setup a statutorily system where the child must return by 21. There is some SC case law as to that involving naturalization citizens. Meaning, they're either a citizen or not, and this dual crap should go as a generalization.

For the most part this isn't a problem. Send the criminals back home, not generally seeing a problem with a person being born here having Rights here as generalization.
