Part of me thinks the Trump administration is playing chess and not checkers here. Some of these EO’s (ie birthright citizenship) obviously have little chance of actually surviving litigation and it makes me wonder if the intent is to have these low hanging fruit as a distraction to get more difficult pieces of actual legislation through.

Much of it is distraction and to get the loonies to do the work for you at this point because that gag is up, the gags to weaponize the loonies started to have the reverse impact that was intended by last Summer. He threatened to take them all down as his campaign slogan the first time, he never did it. What happened next? Do you really think these people won't take his whole family out next? If you're the Senate and you try and kill Caesar, you better get it done. If you're Caesar, and you try and kill the whole Senate, you better get it done. In this case, they both failed the first time.... I certainly wouldn't take my chance that the Senate will not be successful the second time.

Once they have the pieces in place, investigation and indictments for many of the people that were pardoned, that way they are forced to accept the pardon and have to rat out the remaining. (just my guess)

Things I am interested in over the short-term:

> immediate release of the seth rich laptop (what are the chances rich had the dnc e-mails and the government was either involved in the murder or cover it up? imo, very high)
> immediate release of information on the pipe bomb investigation (what are the chances the government was either involved in it or is trying to cover it up? imo, high)
> investigations and/or prosecutions of the people pardoned, as obviously the top law enforcement officer in the country (Biden) believed they were involved in federal crimes, once indicted they can than either accept the pardon or not... if they accept the pardon Congress can pull them in to spill the beans on the others... which should be targets for further prosecutions
> indictment of Obama, Biden and Clinton for murder... yes Orange Man they would have indicted you long ago if you did what they did

The Ukrainian funds are probably in limbo, seems like some of the funds/weapons in transit might get there, unsure about new funds/weapons. Hopefully, my tax dollars are only used to prosecute the Ukrainians involved in money laundering.

DOJ will say he can be prosecuted, its up to the defense to enter the pardon as part of the record.

The other thing that can happen is Fauci can be brought up to Congress, he will have to admit to the truth or possibly be prosecuted for new crimes and I think it could be framed to where it much more than perjury i.e. a public flogging.

My understanding of the SC ruling is they would have to first indict him and he would have to accept the pardon, or he can just go to Congress and plead the 5th.

DOJ will have to start the investigations on all the people which were given a pre-indictment pardon and indict them.
